These terms apply to every order placed with Xtra Time Watches through xtratimewatches.com. By placing an order, you're agreeing to them.
Who we are
Xtra Time Watches is a UK registered company, company number 16508688, VAT number 507210141. We're an independent pre-owned watch dealer based in London. Reach us at support@xtratimewatches.com or +44 7446 991655.
The watches we sell
Every watch we sell is individually inspected and authenticated by us before it's listed. Descriptions, ages and condition reports are given in good faith and to the best of our knowledge, and photos are of the actual watch you'll receive unless we say otherwise.
Orders and pricing
All prices are shown in GBP. As a VAT registered business operating under HMRC's VAT Margin Scheme for second hand goods, VAT isn't shown separately on our invoices, in line with the scheme's rules. A contract is formed once we've accepted and dispatched your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example if a fault is found with a watch after listing, or in the event of a pricing error.

Selling or part exchanging your watch
Quotes provided through our website are estimates based on the information and photos you give us. Final offers are confirmed after we've physically inspected the watch, and may differ from the initial estimate. You're free to decline our final offer, and we'll return the watch to you at no cost.
Liability
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Our liability to you is limited to the value of the watch purchased, except where liability can't be excluded by law, such as for death, personal injury or fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
