Shipping policy

All UK orders, including Jersey, are sent fully insured with tracked, next working day delivery, free of charge.

Dispatch times

Orders placed before 15:00 UK time, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 15:00, or over the weekend, are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery

Given the value of these watches, deliveries require a signature on receipt. We're unable to leave watches with a neighbour or in a safe place. You'll receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver across the UK, including Jersey. We don't ship internationally at the moment, if you're outside the UK, get in touch and we'll see what we can do.

Delays

While we aim for next working day delivery, this isn't guaranteed for remote postcodes or during periods of high demand, and is subject to our courier's own service levels.
