Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Here's how cancellations, returns, refunds and warranty claims work.

Your right to cancel

As you're buying online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your watch, under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To cancel, email support@xtratimewatches.com or call +44 7446 991655 within 14 days of delivery to let us know. You then have a further 14 days from telling us to send the watch back.

Returning your watch

The watch must be returned in the exact condition it was sent, unworn and undamaged, with all original boxes, papers, warranty cards, links and accessories included. You'll need to cover the cost of return postage, and the watch is your responsibility until it reaches us — we're not able to cover any loss or damage in transit, so it's worth sending it using a tracked and insured service for its full value.

Your refund

Once we've received and checked the watch, we'll process your refund straight away. If you paid by credit or debit card, it can take up to 14 days for the funds to land back in your account, that's down to your bank's processing time rather than ours.

Faulty or misdescribed watches

Every watch is fully authenticated and inspected before it's listed. If something isn't as described, or a fault appears that wasn't disclosed, contact us and we'll cover your return postage as well as your refund or repair, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

12 month warranty

Every watch comes with a 12 month warranty covering mechanical faults with the movement. This doesn't cover damage from wear, accidents, water damage where the watch wasn't rated for it, or unauthorised repairs. To make a claim, contact us with your order details and a description of the issue.

Selling or part exchanging your watch

Quotes given for selling or part exchanging your watch are estimates. The final offer is confirmed once we've physically inspected the watch. If you don't want to proceed once you see our final offer, we'll return the watch to you at no cost.
